		<description>Ah, very nice idea, I hadn&#039;t thought of doing it that way...  Back in the olden days you could actually play music in iTunes from an iPod it didn&#039;t manage.  Certainly, I was doing it in 2003, though I can&#039;t remember how -- I certainly didn&#039;t have to use any 3rd party software.

Shame my iPod died recently, really... :-/  It&#039;s still a nice small 40GB hard disk, but the screen&#039;s broken and the battery only lasts about 30 minutes, so it ain&#039;t much use as a music device...</description>
