2 ideas for UI tweak to ESC RT
-1 A javascript window with OK and Cancel buttons
-2 A new HTML page with Are you sure - OK button

Deployed esc ngs approval changes - apart from ui tweak - need to notify ppl still

Todo: apply changes from test RT instance to ESC instance

ESC helpdesk had mail loop problem - fixed temporarily by disabling autoreply on the affected queue and waiting for the loop to unravel.

Spent time tweaking test RT instance approval template for some changes to ESC NGS approval workflow

Todo: Scarf RT would like Pull down menu of machines
Has problem with RT stripping off other [id #no] causing new tickets to be created.

Todo: Ask MJB about status of aux systems rack, perhaps discuss helpdesk machine move with RAS
